Rekha, an educator, founded AM2PM Childcare Learning Center in 2001 after gaining years of real-life childcare experience during raising her own children. She is married for over 35 years and is passionate about difficulties and challenges many parents face when dealing with work/home quality of life. Rekha visited dozens of child-care centers and schools and talked to many more early childhood ed

ucators and directors. Using the latest research on child development and education of young children, she designed and developed the core values, standards of child care and education for AM2PM. She incorporated previously unheard of low teacher-to-child ratios and small group sizes, along with a cutting-edge integrated curriculum to ensure the optimal cognitive, social-emotional and physical growth and development of every child. Every decision was based on her philosophy, "The best is the least we can do for each child at AM2PM". For more than twenty-two years, AM2PM's dedicated, caring, and professional teachers and staff, combined with the support and generosity of parents, have enabled AM2PM to continue its tradition of providing excellence in child care, with outstanding educational programs. Since AM2PM opened its doors, more than 2,500 children have been nurtured, cared for and educated with the highest of standards that Ms. Rekha originally envisioned and created for her daughters.
