Good afternoon,
Due to the transition to Infinite Campus and other priority needs, we are unable to accept online sports fee payments at this time.
Please submit all activity and sports fee payments to the school office by Friday, August 28. Students who have not paid their required fees by that date will be ineligible to participate in any school-sponsored activities or events until their fees have been paid.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we continue learning and adapting to our new Infinite Campus system. We apologize for the change in direction and appreciate your cooperation.

Dear Parents and Families,

It’s that time to head back to school! Hazen Public Schools will host its Back-to-School Open House tonight, Tuesday, August 18, from 6:00–8:00 p.m.

This is a great opportunity for students and families to stop in, meet their teachers, become familiar with their classrooms, and get ready for the new school year. Please bring your school supplies with you so you can have everything ready for the first day.

There is no need to arrive at a specific time—come when you can between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.

We look forward to seeing everyone and getting the 2026–27 school year off to a great start!

📚 Back-to-School Open House Tonight!

Hazen Middle School families are invited to stop by anytime between 6:00–8:00 PM tonight!

We’ll have a short presentation in The Middle every 30 minutes, beginning at 6:00. The presentation will be the same each time, so come whenever it works best for your family.
Teachers will be in their classrooms throughout the evening, and students can meet their teachers, find their classrooms, set up lockers, and ask questions.

All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students and families are welcome. We look forward to seeing you tonight!

Full-Time Elementary paraprofessional

The Hazen School District is seeking a caring and dependable full-time paraprofessional to join the elementary school team for the 2026–27 school year.

The paraprofessional will work closely with teachers to support student students through small-group and individualized instruction, while also helping provide a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities will also include supervision of the playground and cafeteria.
