Ferguson-Florissant Parents as Teachers Parents as Teachers is a free program provided by the Ferguson-Florissant School District for families who live in the district.

Parents as Teachers is a parent education and family support program serving families throughout pregnancy until their child enters kindergarten, usually age 5. Certified parent educators provide child development information, parent-child activities, group connections, community resources, developmental screenings and hearing, vision and dental functional screenings.
