Growing up, my parents were ministers. But they also owned daycares and soul food restaurants. Ministry AND marketplace. Under the same roof.
I didn't just learn how to preach. I learned how to serve customers, manage people, handle money, and keep showing up even when things were hard.
My parents never separated their faith from their work. It was all one thing to them.
That's where Kingdom Confidence was born in me. Long before I had a name for it.
Now I coach leaders at the intersection of calling and business โ and I realize I've been studying this my whole life. The assignment was being downloaded before I even knew I had one. ๐

Coach Jesse Cole
As the Kingdom Confidence Coachโข, Jesse Cole helps faith-driven leaders optimize their life and business using Kingdom principles.
I almost passed on a speaking gig because the pay wasn't worth it.
I showed up anyway.
45 minutes later โ $10K client.
Never despise small doors. They sometimes open into rooms you weren't expecting.
I wasn't trying to close a deal. I was just being faithful to the assignment.
That $10K didn't come from a pitch. It came from purpose.
Has an unexpected win ever shown up in an unexpected place for you? Drop it in the comments.
None of this works without them.
My wife. My kids. They're not just my family, they're my fuel.
Every stage I step on. Every leader I coach. Every word I write.
They're behind all of it.
I don't take that lightly.
Grateful doesn't even cover it. ๐
Here's the part nobody talks about when it comes to collaboration. You have to be secure enough to admit what you're not good at.
Over the last 3 years, the moments that moved the needle most in my business were when I linked with someone who was walking in their assignment โ and so was I.
Just people. In their calling. Moving in the same direction. That's God.
If you've been trying to build this thing alone, drop a ๐๐พ in the comments if the right collaboration has ever changed the game for you.
The biggest business lesson I've learned in the last 3 years?
I can't do this alone.
And neither can you.
I grew up in competative athletics, so I thought that if I just worked harder, stayed focused, and figured it out, I'd get there.
But just like in team sports, the right collaboration will take you further than any strategy you could come up with on your own.
Not just any partnership. The right one. With the right people. At the right time.
That's not just good business. That's Kingdom design.
Mindset doesnโt just stop you before you start.
It stops you in the middle.
20, 30, 40 pages in โ the excitement is gone, life is loud, and that voice says โwho are you to write this?โ
Thatโs not writerโs block. Thatโs a Kingdom assignment under attack.
The world doesnโt need a perfect book. It needs your book.
Drop a ๐ฅ if youโve got a book inside you thatโs been waiting too long.
Real talk, writing a book is hard.
Iโve been in this for 21 years. Writing my own. Helping others finish theirs. And the one thing Iโve seen trip people up before they even start? Mindset.
This is my method. Not the only way. But itโs the way thatโs helped people write books that actually transform lives.
Watch this and tell me what hits. ๐

In Matthew 8, Jesus describes the disciples in the storm as having โlittle faith.โ
In Greek, that word is oligopistos โ and it literally means a faith thatโs low in quantity. Insufficient.
Hereโs whatโs interestingโฆ
Every time Jesus uses that phrase in Scripture, itโs connected to someoneโs inability to hear and trust His voice.
Not just believe in Him โ but actually hear and trust what Heโs saying.
Romans 10:17 confirms it โ faith comes by hearing. So hearing and trusting arenโt just related to faithโฆ they basically are faith.
That means learning to hear Godโs voice isnโt just a spiritual discipline.
Itโs the foundation of your confidence for Kingdom impact.
You canโt walk boldly in what you havenโt heard clearly.
So let me ask you โ when youโre in the middle of a storm, are you seeking a way outโฆ or are you seeking His voice? ๐
There's a difference between just having an idea and boldly walking in your assignment. KCAP (Kingdom Confidence Ambassador Program) exists to close that gap for leaders who are faith-driven, marketplace-focused, and ready to move with clarity and confidence. If that's you, I'd love to have you in our next cohort.

I wasn't burned out. Didn't just go quiet. But I was doing exactly what I teach.
God called me to a season of watching and praying โ and I've learned that you don't lead a movement you haven't submitted to. So I slowed down, got still, and listened.
What came out of that season was clarity, structure, and alignment.
Because momentum without structure doesn't last.
But this season wasn't about adding more.
It was about building something strong enough to hold what God has next.
Here's an unpopular take on business:
It needs prepared ones.
Confident ones.
Kingdom ones.
If your calling is real โ you're exactly where you need to be.
I'm back in the saddle. And we're just getting started.
