🩺 Local high school students visited HCTC’s Technical Campus today to learn more about opportunities available through CLIMB 2.0, which stands for Career Ladders in Mental and Behavioral Health.

🎓 Through the initiative, students can earn Community Health Worker and other stackable credentials while beginning a pathway toward careers in behavioral health and continued postsecondary education.

💙 HCTC Workforce is proud to partner with the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education, the UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health, and other statewide partners to help prepare the next generation of Kentucky’s health care workforce.

🤝 We’re proud to partner with Perry Distributors, Inc., a longtime eastern Kentucky business that has served our communities since 1953.

🎓 Through its support of HCTC’s CDL program, Perry Distributors is investing in the next generation of local drivers. Scholarships like these make it possible for many of our students to achieve their goals and pursue high-demand, high-wage careers close to home.

💙 Thank you, Perry Distributors, for believing in our students, supporting workforce education, and investing in the future of southeastern Kentucky.
