Professor Grace Monakata of the CSUEB Art Department and Marilyn Silva of Friends of the Arts presents Shukuko Heinzen with a scholarship for the 2013-2014 school year to continue her studies in art. Shukuko's art work is featured in the 2013 Annual Juried Student Exhibition.
