Early Childhood Connections USD #489 Early Childhood Connections (Parents as Teachers, Early Head Start, Head Start, State PreK)

The prenatal to 3 year old portion of the program's designed to assist parents to maximize children's overall development during the first three years of life. Parents benefit from practical information and support, particularly during the crucial early years. The 3 to 5 year old program is a preschool program for income eligible families or over income families who meet certain criteria. Children

must be three or four years of age before August 31st. Services are provided in Ellis, Rooks, Rush and Russell counties.
