Fort Hays State Mathematics

Fort Hays State Mathematics Welcome to the Department of Mathematics and Department of Computer Science page! Obtaining a math minor is also available.

We will post news and updates on what is happening in both departments and around campus! The Department of Mathematics awards both the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. The Math Department provides free math tutoring for our current Fort Hays students in general education math courses; as well as for some of our major classes in math. Annually, the Math Department hosts FHS

U Math Relays on the second Thursday of November. The Department of Computer Science awards the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. The Computer Science Department provides free tutoring for current Fort Hays students.

We applaud Amy Rohr, Administrative Assistant for the Department of Mathematics, on receiving the August Staff Member of the Month Award! 👏👏👏 We appreciate Amy's many contributions to the Academic Affairs team. She is also currently assisting the Werth College of Science, Technology and Mathematics dean.
