People of Clay CARE People of Clay CARE is a nonprofit coalition serving Clay County, NC. Board meetings are at 330pm on the second Tuesday of each month. See events.

A coalition is a voluntary, formal agreement and collaboration between groups or sectors of a community Held at Oak Forest UMC at the corner of Oak Forest and Hinton Center Drive. Youth meetings and Community meetings are slowly reconvening, as well.

Hope in the Mountains Is Getting Closer! 💜

The countdown is on, and we are getting everything ready for Hope in the Mountains! 🦋

There are so many details coming together behind the scenes-planning, preparing, reaching out, organizing, and making sure this day is one our community can truly be proud of.

This event is about hope, healing, recovery, remembrance, and bringing people together. It’s about celebrating those who are still walking the journey, honoring those we have lost, and reminding anyone who may be struggling that they are not alone.

We’re working hard to make this a meaningful day filled with connection, resources, music, fun, and moments that matter.
