Our 5th grade class has been working incredibly hard on their i-Ready growth, and we decided to celebrate their effort in a fun (and very visible!) way. For every 2 points of growth students earned, they got to choose a temporary tattoo for their teacher to wear.
As you may notice, their teachers are now proudly covered in tattoos thanks to all of their hard work, perseverance, and academic growth! The students have been SO excited watching their progress pay off, and this was such a fun way to celebrate their achievements together.
We are incredibly proud of the growth they’ve shown and the determination they’ve put into reaching their goals. Thank you for supporting your students throughout the year — and for helping us survive our new tattoo-covered look!

Join us for our final Exhibition Night of the year as we celebrate the creativity, innovation, and hard work of our K–8 students! Explore student-led, standards-based projects from across the school and see the incredible learning that has taken place this year.
Be sure to visit the Middle School Art Class marketplace, “Hayden Market,” where students will be selling unique items designed and created right here at school using our 3D printers and Glowforge. Bring cash to support our young entrepreneurs!
Don’t miss a special performance by the Middle School Stomp class in the cafetorium at 5:15 PM. (Stomp students should arrive by 5:00 PM to prepare.)
We look forward to celebrating with our school community!
