There has been a lot of misinformation about the size of the screw access that Powerball has. It’s no more than 2.4mm that being said it tapers down to 1.5mm where it matters most.
One of the features of Powerball screw that NO OTHER SCREW HAS is the ability to compensate for milling , sintering, printing inaccuracies. They all exist. With the other screws if you have an inaccuracy you get a fractured prosthesis but with Powerball screw the screw due to its design and space in the seat acts as a ball and joint and allows you to still engage the multiunit passively. The templates allow for inaccuracies. The screw engagement allows for inaccuracies. It is all built in. So before you try and compare my invention to the some tornadoes ie cheap copies understand what was and is involved in developing the best screw on the market for full arch. The only patented screw for full arch skip the tibase restorations.
