🎓 Celebrating Our Pre-K Graduates! 🎓

We are so proud of our amazing Pre-K graduates as they prepare for their next big adventure at Hawkins ISD! Watching each child grow, learn, and gain confidence has been a joy, and we can't wait to celebrate this special milestone with our graduating families during our in-class Pre-K Graduation.

While your little one may be leaving our preschool classroom, they don't have to leave the Barnyard Kids Learning Center family! We offer after-school care with transportation from Hawkins ISD to Barnyard Kids Learning Center, providing a safe, fun, and familiar place for your child each afternoon.

If your child will be attending Hawkins ISD this fall, now is the perfect time to reserve their after-school spot. By enrolling today, you can ensure a smooth transition into the new school year while your child continues building friendships and enjoying the caring environment they've come to know and love.

Families with children currently enrolled at Barnyard Kids Learning Center receive priority enrollment for siblings, making this the perfect time to reserve care for your growing family.

Join Barnyard Kids Learning Center in celebrating
Ms. Brenna Burks
Teacher of the Month!

Ms. Burks is always dependable, showing up every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever she’s needed. She is wonderful with our toddlers and is always ready to step in, fill in, and support her team.

Her love for working with children shines through in everything she does.

Outside the classroom, Brenna enjoys spending time with her family, loves dogs, and was very active in FFA while also helping in preschools. We are so thankful to have her as part of the Barnyard Kids family. Congratulations, Brenna — this recognition is well deserved!

🍩💙 DONUTS WITH DAD 💙🍩

Barnyard Kids Learning Center is excited to celebrate all of our amazing dads, grandpas, uncles, and special father figures!

Join us on Thursday, June 19th during breakfast for our Donuts with Dad celebration! Start the morning with a sweet treat and some special time with your little one before heading off to your day.

👔 Dads, we encourage you to be the one to drop off your child that morning so we can celebrate YOU! Our children have been working hard on special surprises and can't wait to share them with the important men in their lives.

🌊☀️ WATER DAY FUN IS COMING TO BARNYARD KIDS LEARNING CENTER! ☀️🌊

Get ready to splash, play, and cool off this summer! Water Days begin Monday, June 22nd, and we can't wait for all the fun ahead!

Water Day Schedule:
💦 Monday – Infants
💦 Tuesday – Toddlers
💦 Wednesday – Twos
💦 Thursday – Preschool
💦 Friday – Afterschool & Pre-K

Please make sure your child comes prepared with:

✅ Water clothes/swimsuit
✅ Towel
✅ Sunscreen (applied before arrival when possible)
✅ Water shoes or shoes that can get wet
✅ A change of clothes

🏷️ Important: Please label ALL of your child's belongings, including towels, clothing, shoes, and sunscreen, with their name.

We're looking forward to making a splash and creating lots of summer memories! Thank you for helping us keep Water Days safe, organized, and fun for everyone.

Parent Reminder: The Texas Minimum Standards (TMS) Required Notifications are available for parents to review at any time. These notifications were included in your enrollment packet and can also be found in the Parent Handbook. Please contact the office if you would like an additional copy or have any questions. All staff are trained in water safety procedures.
