With the school year just around the corner, here are some important dates for Havre students in grade k-5.
Highland Park Elementary
● 1st Grade Meet & Greet: Tuesday, August 18th, beginning at 12:30 until 1:30 PM
● Kindergarten Meet & Greet: Scheduled individually on August 19th & 20th, 2026
○ Your child’s teacher will contact you to set up a time.
● First Day for 1st Grade: Wednesday, August 19th, 2026
● First Day for Kindergarten: Friday, August 21st, 2026
● School Hours (Mon-Thurs): 8:00 AM -- 3:00 PM
Lincoln-McKinley
● Back to School Orientation: Tuesday, August 18, from 10:00–11:00 AM
● First Day: Wednesday, August 19, 2026
● School Hours (Mon–Thurs): 8:00 AM – 3:10 PM
Sunnyside
● Back to School Orientation: Tuesday August 18th, from 2:00-3:00 PM
