We are asking all our families to please complete the Meal Benefits application, even if you think you may not qualify. It's easy and only takes a few moments and it greatly benefits all our students at RWES.
Also, a REMINDER to all our families, the application has to be completed each school year so even if you completed it last year you need to reapply this year. Thank you everyone!

Hello Roye-Williams families! This is Mrs. Corun, one of our Assistant Principals, with important information about our Back-to-School Night.
We are excited to welcome our families on Thursday, August 27, from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m.
To ensure the evening runs smoothly, three classroom sessions will be offered to meet your child’s teacher and learn important information about the upcoming school year. You may attend whichever session works best for your family's schedule. If you have children in multiple grade levels, you are welcome to attend multiple sessions to meet each of your students’ teachers.
Our session times are:
Session 1: 5:00 to 5:25pm
Session 2: 5:30 to 5:55pm
Session 3: 6:00 to 6:25pm
Please be sure to arrive before your selected session begins. To minimize distractions for teachers and families, we ask that you enter only at the start of a session. If you arrive after a session has begun, we kindly ask that you wait in the cafeteria until the next session begins.
While you're here, we encourage you to take time to meet our wonderful school community in the cafeteria. Visit our cafeteria manager, Ms. Wilson, introduce yourself to our school nurse, Mrs. Piccalo, greet members of our PTA, and connect with several of our community partners.

A quick parking reminder: Parking will be limited, so, if possible, please carpool. Parking attendants will be available to help direct traffic. Please follow their directions and extend kindness and patience as everyone arrives. Some vehicles may be directed to park on the grass to accommodate all of our families.
