Do you know how to recognize and treat heat exhaustion vs. heat stroke?
➡️ Heat exhaustion signs can include heavy sweating, dizziness, weakness, nausea, and muscle cramps. Move the person to a cool area, loosen clothing, apply cool cloths, and encourage fluids.
🚨 Heat stroke is a medical emergency. Confusion, altered behavior, seizures, or loss of consciousness are major warning signs. Call 911 immediately and begin cooling the person right away.
A quick response can save a life. ❤️
