Look what's new on the HGS playground! Here is some of what we bought with the Tattoo the Teacher for Tots fundraiser money last year! As well as soccer goals coming soon! Community, you are more than welcome to come up and use the school playground when school is not in session but please be aware these new additions are for students who are 6 and under! We can't wait for our students to be back and have play equiptment for all HGS students! :)

Haviland Grade School knocked it out of the ballpark in 2025–2026! Our outstanding teachers and staff, dedicated students, supportive families, and incredible community all played a vital role in our continued success. We sincerely thank each of you for your commitment and invite you to celebrate the results of the hard work and dedication that made these achievements possible. 100% of our eligible students participated in the Kansas Assessment Program. Additionally, this success came during a year in which Haviland Grade School welcomed a significant number of new students who joined our school prior to state testing. Their successful integration into our learning community makes these accomplishments even more remarkable!
