The elder board of Manoa Community Church has decided to close the KEEP Program as of June 14, 2019. There will be no Summer program or school in the Fall 2019 and after.

It's that time of year! Quiver Farms visited our school and Manoa Nursery School with a dozen eggs and an icubator. The farmer brought a few friends the chickens, Tarzan and Jayne. Next Monday we will hopefully see some baby chicks.

The Manoa Fire Department gave the kids a lesson in Firesafety and showed off their new truck.

We started the year with a great field trip to Highland Orchards. We had perfect weather and a lot of fun. We had a hay ride, picked apples, made apple cider, had apple cider doughnuts, made a scarecrow, and played in the playground. A nice day for student and their families to spend together with the teachers.

KEEP follows Haverford School District (455) Snow closing schedule.

On Tuesday 1/9/18 - there is a two hour delay. This means there will be NO before care and school will start at 10:30am.

Family Fun Nights are one cornerstones of our program. In October we did Fall Crafts including a scare crow, a sun catcher, a necklace, and my favorite ... the religious squirrel. We also decorated cookies and played hide and seek in the dark with the whole family. These nights bring our families and school together to support and encourage one another.

Another School year and another successful trip to Highland Orchards. Thankful for the beautiful weather, the many families attending and the yummy apple cider donuts!
