Movements In Motion Dance Studio Start your little one in a dance class at Movements In Motion. No matter where your child is starting from, this dance studio has a place for them.

Located in Havertown, PA, this dance studio offers hip-hop, lyrical, ballet, and tap dance classes, competitive opportunities, and dance education programs for children ages 2 and up. This dance studio was voted most-loved by Hulafrog for two consecutive years, and is a member of the International Dance Entrepreneurs Association. All dance instructors at this studio are professionally trained and

must participate in continuous courses, seminars, and training programs. Movements In Motion offers two spacious dance studios and a full team of dedicated instructors who are committed to helping your child take their dance journey to the next level. Beginner dancers ages 2 to 5 are invited to join their First Steps Program, which includes the following dance classes:

* Tiny Tots: This kids’ dance class is designed for ages 2 and 3, and teaches coordination and creative movement.

* Teeny Boppers: This class is designed for ages 3 to 5, and teaches gross motor movements and ballet and tap foundations.

* Mini-Hoppers: This dance class is built for children ages 3 to 5, and teaches the foundations of hip-hop, basic tumbling, and jazz. After graduating from this studio’s First Steps Program, children ages 5 to 7 can take advantage of their development program, which includes dance variety, ballet, hip-hop, and tumbling dance classes. Their developmental program will help your child decide which dance genre they prefer to practice. Children who graduate from this program can move onto the Foundations program, which consists of intermediate jazz, tap, lyrical ballet, hip-hop, acro, turns and leaps, and stretching classes. Congratulations to the 2025–2026 MIM Competition Team on an incredible week at Nationals! We celebrated so many unforgettable accomplishments and milestones throughout the week.

From Judges’ Awards, Excellence Awards, Platinum Pros, Platinums, 1st Overall finishes, Top 5 Overall placements, invitations to the Finale, and earning both 2nd Place and 1st Place at the Mirror Ball Finale—you gave us countless reasons to celebrate.

But above all the trophies and titles, one compliment stood out the most. Not once, but twice, we heard the same thing:

“Your dancers are so versatile.”

There is no greater compliment. To be recognized for the ability to excel in every style, adapt, perform with confidence, and showcase true artistry is what makes this team so special.

Congratulations, MIM. Your versatility is your greatest strength, and it was the true highlight of an unforgettable Nationals.
