🌟 We Are Haverhill Spotlight: Kerri Marshall 🌟

At the end of this school year, we will say goodbye to a truly remarkable educator — Kerri Marshall, who is retiring after years of inspiring excellence in her classroom.

Kerri sets the bar high — and her students rise to meet it. Every child in her class consistently meets or exceeds their goals thanks to her engaging teaching, clear expectations, and unwavering belief in their potential. Her students know exactly where they stand academically, and more importantly, they know she believes in them. She holds them accountable, challenges them to do their best, and helps them see that success is within reach.

Last summer, Ms. Marshall went above and beyond by organizing a student book club on her own time — just one more example of how deeply she cares about her students and their growth.

For the past couple of years, Ms. Marshall has also been instrumental in coordinating the Wit & Wisdom Squid Exploration class, where Golden Hill students visit Haverhill High School and work alongside HHS students on a hands-on squid dissection experience. This collaboration gives younger students an exciting opportunity to engage in real-world science while building connections with the high school community.

Kerri, your passion, dedication, and commitment to your students have left a powerful mark. You’ve helped shape confident, capable learners, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done. 💛📚
