Realizing FB still exists! I don’t think I’ve posted here for a long while! We are still busy though and despite my website being down thankfully you are still finding me to help organize some great culinary events. These are just a few pics from the beginning of summer. I have 3 birthday parties booked in for September alone so if you are interested in a day camp. birthday party or even a team building corporate event for the fall please get in touch!

A few little pics from camp this week! A perfect chance to have kids off their devices, learn some fabulous skills, work as a team, get creative, socialize, have fun and let off steam. And their maths skills magically improve too!

Absolute pleasure to run a pasta and letter cookie cake camp for these happy souls yesterday. Singing dancing chatting mixing kneading decorating and learning as we go! The very best social kitchen mayhem! If your kids have a day off from school because of teacher inset day, conferences or any other reason let’s get the kids together for some hands on practical fun. It’s not only social but so educational too!

Quick Chicken and Roasted Cauliflower Curry with kale and Udon Noodles….I get asked what I’m making for dinner a lot ! especially after I led many daily family cooking zooms during covid. I do miss making dinner with so many fantastic people! I know covid wasn’t a great time but there are lots of memories that I cherish!

Roasted Cauliflower Curry with Udon Noodles
Chop up 1 cauliflower along with the leaves and stalks, season with salt pepper olive oil and curry powder then roast in the oven for 30 mins at 375
Sauté a chopped onion add 1tblsp curry powder and 3 sliced cloves of garlic on medium heat.
When onion is soft add 2 diced chicken breasts. Brown chicken then add a couple of handfuls of kale and a can of light coconut milk. Stir, bring to a boil then simmer for approx 5-7 mins.
Add and break up ready cooked udon noodles and stir. Leave to cook for about 2-3 mins. Feel free to add additional veg! A fave of my boys❤️

Thomas Jefferson ate Coconut macaroons - they were his fave. Teddy Roosevelt loved a Fat Rascal and Abraham Lincoln loved a gingerbread! Grover Cleveland was rather partial to a snickerdoodle and Jimmy Carter liked an oatmeal raisin! George Washington enjoyed a Shrewsbury biscuit so in honor of Presidents Day today we made ALL of these sweet treats. Quite the feat! Quite the day! Happy Presidents Day and thank you to all the fabulously talented girls that joined me in the kitchen yesterday ❤️
