This past summer, Haven Schools launched a Summer Tutoring Program with the goal of supporting our K–8 students during the summer months and reducing the learning dip we often see from spring to fall.

We were fortunate to have 9 dedicated teachers work with students in one-on-one and small-group settings, providing targeted interventions in the areas of math and reading. These teachers gave their time, expertise, and encouragement to help students build confidence and strengthen their skills.

We are so proud of the progress our students made throughout the summer. Their hard work, along with the dedication of our families & teachers, made this program a success!

Help us celebrate our students and their growth! We are excited to carry this momentum into the new school year!

We are excited to recognize Beth Blubaugh as the 2026 USD 312 Employee of the Year. Beth was also selected as our Third Quarter Impact Award winner, making this a well-deserved recognition of the impact she has on our students, staff, and families.

Beth serves as our middle school counselor and mental health liaison, helping connect students and families with the support and resources they need. While those roles are important, what really sets Beth apart is the way she does her work.

Beth is approachable, relatable, and easy to talk to. Her genuine care for people is evident in the relationships she builds with students, families, and staff. She has a way of making people feel comfortable, heard, and supported, especially when they may be going through a difficult time.

Beth's work often happens behind the scenes, but her impact is felt throughout our district. She is someone our staff can turn to for advice, collaboration, and support, and she is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed.

We are fortunate to have Beth as part of the USD 312 team. Her recognition as our Third Quarter Impact Award winner and now as the 2026 USD 312 Employee of the Year is a great reflection of the difference she makes every day.
