The students walked into a total surprise today, EOG GLOW DAY REVIEW! They loved the review with the questions, groups, stations & games! I am so proud of how focused they were and how hard they worked. I know they will ROCK the test tomorrow!! Tucker Creek Middle School

CORRECTION~TRADITIONAL SCHOOL CALENDAR UPDATE

The Board of Education approved an update to the 2021-2022 Traditional School Calendar at the May Board of Education Work Session. June 9th, the last day of school, will now be an early release day for all students & staff.
Schools will dismiss at the following times:
High Schools-12:30 p.m.
Elementary Schools-1:00 p.m.
Middle Schools-1:30 p.m.
Please make a note of this revision so you can plan accordingly.

I want to say congratulations to Brooke! Not only was her project the classroom winner for our "Shark Tank" project, but she was also selected as the national winner! Out of hundreds of projects, her invention, "The Phonebook", won first place in the nation! She designed and made a prototype of her product that would protect your phone in many ways. She will be featured in their national online blog, she received a basket of LOTS of goodies, a $25 Visa Gift Card and her class gets a Pizza Party for supporting her! Brooke, we are so proud of you! You definitely "made your mark!" ❤️🐴📱

Day 2 of our EOG Review. I couldn’t have asked for a better work session! The kiddos are really focusing and working with their partner to get ready for this test! They love their special lights!

I looked at our Check-in scores & made a list of what topics need more attention, who needs what type of interventions, etc. I wrote a project for some online gift cards so that I can buy, download, print in color on card stock, laminate & cut out resources, stations, group activities, etc. The project is only open for 12 more days. I'm asking for your help to spread the word. Share the link on social media, with family & friends. I want this to happen so I can get the kids these resources so they can close these gaps before we get to the EOG. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
