Been a while since I've shared any major (or minor for that matter) life updates. So figured I’d start with (re)introductions for old friends, new followers, or anyone in-between! I’ve gained so much over the years from others’ stories, vulnerability, knowledge, experiences & generous content. And my inner-knowing keeps nudging me that it’s time to share more. I want to connect, to cheer each other on! And I want to help you find, develop & celebrate your voice! The one you think with, the one you speak with, and of course the voice you sing with.

Happy Mother’s Day to my mommy ♥️ Her life is one of service, growth and love. She is strong & generous with a touch of morbid humor 😂and a perhaps unexpected, but hilarious goofy side! She’d do anything for her mom (Happy Mother’s Day Granny!), her husband, her kids and ESPECIALLY for her grandkids. She has infused this family with such love, laughter and genuine friendship. Best mom and grams there ever was! We are all so blessed to have her. Love you so much mom!!

Huge Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful mom friends, sisters-in-laws and to those longing deeply for motherhood. I see you today and every day. And I love you!

This song, this arrangement, this collaboration sums it all up for me. It is connection, creation, giving, gratitude, and LOVE. Thank you Bonner Family Music for infusing this arrangement with so much passion, with so much genuine faith in grace, redemption, healing & progress. You all bring so much light & hope into this world and I am beyond honored to know & work with you.

I just completed my last semester as Artistic Director of BYU Noteworthy. There are so many reasons for this decision and so many mixed emotions to accompany it. Maybe one day I’ll get into more of that. But for now, I just want to focus on the deep gratitude and infinite love I feel.

Noteworthy is a sacred sisterhood to me, a vibrant entity that has grown me, stretched me, given me countless opportunities to create and lifelong friends. I will continue to pour my heart & soul into this group, it’s just time for someone else to sit in the driver’s seat.

The last three years have challenged me in ways I never saw coming. And they have refined me in ways I never saw coming. I was truly pushed to my breaking point…over and over again. And I am so grateful. Things have changed, I see more, I know more, I feel more. But I’m not new, I’m not different.

I’m simply the truest, most whole version of myself yet.

I love , I love for their innovation in carrying on this epic competition under such difficult circumstances, I love this beautiful a ca****la community that has given me so many opportunities. I’m so humbled to be a part of it. Just so full of love and gratitude right now. A ca****la is such magic.

I’ll just say this. I have the absolute fiercest women in my life. No idea what I would do without them. Thank you for always having my back.

My hope for myself and all of the women in my life...is that we stop shrinking ourselves and staying silent just to keep others comfortable. Kindness and boldness are not mutually exclusive. Let’s be bold, use our voices, own who we are, live fully and love freely. ♥️
