EAST Students Take Flight With Drone Training!

Huge congratulations to Daniel Paton and Kyler Wiley! These two students traveled to Little Rock on April 9 to complete specialized drone training at the EAST Initiative headquarters.

During this intensive training, Daniel and Kyler gained hands-on experience with flight safety, advanced maneuvers, and the latest aerial technology. They are now ready to bring these high-tech skills back to campus to elevate our projects and expand our storytelling in exciting new ways.

We are so proud of your hard work and your commitment to mastering new technology. The sky’s the limit for our Daredevils!

Since October, EAST student Daniel Roberson has been sharing the Wonderview Word on KVOM 101.7—a series highlighting events, programs, and great things happening across the Wonderview School District.

Through these episodes, Daniel has used his voice to help share the word around Wonderview with our local communities. We’re proud of the work he has put into this project!

EAST Student of the Week: Fin Gordon

Fin has been creating original stories using the animation program Plotagon. He continues to put in great effort during class, and we are proud of the creativity and dedication he brings to our EAST program!
