Friday will be AMI day #6. Due to unsafe and icy conditions, additional freezing precipitation today and refreeze tonight, WSD will be closed for onsite instruction tomorrow, Friday, February 25th. Teachers will be in contact with students and parents about expectations. Regional/State tournament updates will be shared as we know. Be safe and we will see everyone on Monday!

Day 11 Overview

Today, you child will need to complete day 11 of the AMI packet. This packet was either mailed to you or with your child's food pick up. Your child will also need to read The Bee and the Flea (Looking for ee and ea.) This is also available on Raz Kids.Your child will also need to complete a journal entry each day. Some days we will give a topic. Some days we will want your child to just write about their day. The are enough pages in the journal to last for the rest of the school year. We want to encourage reading by reading for 30 minutes each day. This can be anything that the student is interested in reading.

You can turn your AMI work in at any time using these filing cabinets. They are under the awning at WES. There are wipes to sanitize the handles. Make sure the work is clearly marked with your child’s name. Thanks!!
