OLLI’s Got Talent!🎤 From soulful duets to comedy centered on the antics of BFFs, our “Creative Coffeehouse” was a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday morning!☕️

✨We were so inspired by all the performances, only a few of which are listed here, and the display of lovely flower arrangements.✨

Our community shared:

Their own personal short stories and poems, including a touching sonnet—such gifted writers! Topics ranged from the human race to “gravi-tickles” and à la petite mouse in Paris.🐭

Powerful recitations of “O Captain! My Captain!”, the famous “Whiskey Speech” and moving pieces by Maya Angelou and Fannie Lou Hamer. And a deeply meaningful recitation of “Home.”🫶🏼

We’ll announce the date for our next “Creative Coffeehouse” soon—you won’t want to miss it!

Great turnout for our 3rd Annual "What's Happening in the 'Burg" event yesterday in Hattiesburg!
