This week, our team from Jones Serves provided 7,200 meals to the Neenah and Menasha, Wisconsin communities! A huge shoutout to James Ver Voort and his team of drivers with Jones Logistics for putting forth the effort to make sure these communities and customers were cared for. Without you, none of this would have been possible. Thank you to Calvary Bible Church for providing a place for our team to serve and thank you to the cities of Neenah and Menasha for being so welcoming. Our team this week consisted of employees from Jones Capital, FV Recycling, Jones Lumber and Jones Logistics.

‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE: A lot of you have messaged, so we wanted to share our plan for this coming week (August 3-7). We are closed today (Sunday, August 2) so we can gather as a church family to worship God. We will open again for donation drop-off and pick-up on Monday, August 3 from 11:00 am-7:00 pm. The plan is to stay open this week but we will have to assess as the week progresses. Winnebago County and Volunteer Fox Cities is stopping all donations at 5 pm today. Thank you so much for your immense generosity. Check here, and our webpage (cbcneenah.org/cbccrisisresponse), for updates and a full needs list.
1) One note on supplies - we have plenty of water, toilet paper, paper towels, and diapers/wipes. We don't need more of those at this time. If you know someone who still needs them, please tell them to come visit on Monday.
2) Many of you have asked if you can come get supplies for people you know who need them. Yes, you absolutely can! We have plenty of storage bins and boxes to transport supplies too.
3) We will need volunteers throughout the week again, daily, from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. If you are available and willing to lend a hand, just stop on by and we will find a place for you! We are very grateful for the help.
4) We will have meals daily this week at the church. Lunch will be at 11:30 am and dinner will be at 5:30 pm. A huge thank you to Jones Logistics and FV Recycling for their support and donation.
Location: Calvary Bible Church, 1450 Oakridge Rd, Door 15. We have volunteers waiting to help unload vehicles.
Thank you for your prayers, help, and support. 🙏🏼

Jim Collins says, "Greatness is not a function of circumstance. Greatness, it turns out, is largely a matter of conscious choice, and discipline."
That belief is at the core of everything we do at Jones Leadership Academy. We don't just teach leadership; we cultivate it, giving our people the tools to grow in self-awareness, sharpen how they communicate, and lead with intention.
At graduation, Gene Smith, President of FV Recycling, challenged participants to teach others the concepts they have learned so their companies can operate more efficiently, communicate more effectively, and continue raising the bar across the organization.
Congratulations to the 2026 Jones Leadership Academy!

Leaders from across our portfolio recently joined the executive board for a few days of shared learning and meaningful dialogue at our annual G30 event in Austin, TX.
The agenda featured fireside chats with Tiffany and Leon Chen, founders of Tiff’s Treats, and Paul Hedrick, founder of Tecovas, offering real-world insight into building and scaling strong businesses. Attendees also spent time collaborating, exchanging ideas, and strengthening relationships across the portfolio.
G30 is designed to bring our leadership teams together in a way that builds trust, sharpens thinking, and fuels long-term success.
