PRVO Head Start and Early Head Start

The children at John E. Hales Early Head Start wrapped up their monthly study on rocks with some hands-on activities that included pumice stones and volcanic rocks. They were just too fun not to share!

From creating their own rock collections 🎨, to exploring sink or float, to even using pumice stones during a bubbly foot-washing activity—these little learners were discovering, exploring, and building new skills every step of the way.

Moments like these are what Head Start is all about—learning through play, curiosity, and real-life experiences.
