PRCC PTA Class of 2025

These 2 years flew by. We were challenged academically and emotionally, but here we are! Officially graduates of the PRCC PTA program! Thank you to our instructors for pushing us to our full potential and always believing in us no matter what. Next up is boards! And then we’ll see you all in therapy!!💛❤️

Hello everyone! The PRCC PTA Class of 2025 will be having our pinning ceremony honoring our graduates on Wednesday, April 30th at 5pm. We have made an effort to have this event moved to the Brownstone Center of the Arts on our Poplarville campus to ensure that all are able to attend with no limitations in guests. We are so close to the finish line, and we would love to have you there to support us as we are given our black coats and our pins. ❤️💛🐾

The past few days have been full of fun and guest lectures! Tuesday, we had Clint Hudson from Hattiesburg Clinic come and show us all about blood flow restriction therapy, and he even let us try it! Then, on Wednesday, we had Brittain Whitfield and Lily Stephens from Wesley Pediatrics come and speak to us, along with Ashley Graham and Lindsey Steele! They taught us all about PEDs and how to go about certain interventions with different diagnoses. We appreciate all of them so much for taking time out of their day to come better our knowledge about all of these things! Thank you! ❤️💛

We had such a fun time at the Eeeeekle Walk today on the USM campus! We loved loving on these kids and playing all our fun games with them! We also had a special visitor who came and tried to play with our cones! ❤️💛

Today, we learned all about orthotics and prosthetics! We are so thankful for the staff at Hanger Clinic who came and spoke to us this morning and for allowing us to come tour your clinic this afternoon! It was so cool and interesting to see how everything works, and we even got to see a mold being made for a prosthetic! ❤️💛

Allied Health Day! We enjoyed getting to talk to high school students about our program this morning! We hope some of them ! ❤️💛

Petal Playshop was such a good way to start off National Physical Therapy month! We had the best time creating fine and gross motor activities for the kids! ❤️💛

The PRCC PTA Class of 2025 would like to thank everyone who came out and supported us this past Friday at our outdoor movie night! We had so much fun, and we hope you did, too! We would also like to thank the people who donated and helped make everything run smoothly! We couldn’t have done this without you! ❤️💛
