The pepper crop isn’t “hot” any more!! Harvested the last peppers 🌶 of this season last night before the freeze & snow ❄️ . Still have plenty in the freeze for upcoming batches of pepper jellies!

Since Harvey's raining on our outdoor plans, we decided to can instead! Pineapple Habanero is in the pot!! 😋🤗 Strawberry Habanero will be made before the weekend. Get your favorite flavor Layton's in Ocean Springs!!
