This is the longest I’ve ever fasted! Made 27 hrs and ended with a big salad (Italian sub)! I’m OMAD and it seems to be working for me!! I hope you have had a magnificent motivational Monday!!

I ate a tad more calories than I needed but I also got in a workout!! Fasting 18-20 hrs! Back to the basis to get that 10 down in 30 days!!
