How do you deal with stress?
Now that we've looked into what causes our stress and why we need to deal with it, we can discuss how we deal with it.
When working with a stress management professional, you may find that you don't like a certain technique. Don't get discouraged! This happens because of the simple fact that everyone is different. One example is that some people find boating or deep sea fishing relaxing, not the case for people who are afraid of going out on the water.
There are so many options when it comes to stress management techniques and its so important to be open to trying new things! Some of my favorites are meditating, going for a walk, and working on personal development! I'll go more into detail tomorrow.
