A HUGE thank you and shout-out to everyone who came out to our Bourbon on Front Happy Hour Kickoff Party! We had a fantastic time celebrating the start of another Hotstepper season. Registration is officially OPEN for Season 5 of the Hub City Hotsteppers!

I honestly can't believe I'm even typing that.

Five years ago, we started with just 14 dancers. Last season, we grew to 55 strong, and this year, we'd love for YOU to be part of our biggest season yet! Whether you've marched before or have been thinking about joining, there's never been a better time.

Rehearsals begin the first Thursday in September and will be held every Thursday from 5:30–6:30 PM at Studio 522.

• Krewe of St. Catherine Mardi Gras Parade
• NEW! Petal St. Patrick's Day Parade (date TBD)
• Hal's St. Patrick's Day Parade in Jackson

We're more than a parade krewe, we're a community! This season includes monthly happy hours for members, friends, family, and anyone interested in learning more about joining in the future. It's the perfect way to make new friends and celebrate together all season long.

A few reminders:
• Costumes will be put together individually using director-provided guidelines.
• We'll create our parade headpieces together during the season.
• If you're joining us in Jackson for Hal's, lodging and travel arrangements are made independently—but it's always an unforgettable weekend!

And don't forget—we're kicking off registration with Happy Hour TODAY at Bourbon on Front from 5:00–7:00 PM. Wear RED and come celebrate Season 5 with us! If you can't make it, don't worry—we'll have another happy hour in August (date coming soon).

Parade season is right around the corner, and we couldn't be more excited to kick off Season 5 of the Hub City Hot Steppers! We can't believe we're celebrating our fifth year, and we can't wait to hit the parade route with all of you.

Wear RED and come celebrate with us! This event is open to returning members, anyone interested in joining the Hub City Hot Steppers for the 2026–2027 season, and spouses and friends are welcome too!

Online registration opens July 23.

Can't make this one? We'll also be hosting another kickoff happy hour in August. The date and location are still to be determined, so stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates.
