GBO Educational Services is an all-virtual tutoring company. GBO was started over 20 years ago at a dining room table and has grown and expanded organically with little advertising, leaning instead on word of mouth. GBO specializes in providing a comprehensive mix of tutoring services. GBO employs test prep experts that can help your child maximize their results on the SAT, ACT, PSAT, HSPT, ISEE, and SSAT. Study skills instruction is also offered for students grades 2-12. GBO offers subject specific tutoring that will help your child catch up or get ahead in their class. College counselors on staff are here to help families navigate the college application process, providing services in College Essay workshops, scholarship targeting, consulting, and application assistance. August SAT Prep Course starts July 25th!

What is the HSPT? The High School Placement Test is a standardized test for 8th graders that is used for the purposes of high admissions and scholarships. Many Catholic High Schools (parochial and private) in the Philadelphia and Allentown Archdioceses use this test.

The new digital SAT is here! We have devoted countless hours to prepare ourselves to train your kids for success on this new format. We are offering a May SAT class to help students prepare. Students receive 8 sessions and 24 hours of instruction and guided practice on the digital SAT. The class meets April 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, 30th, and May 2nd. The SAT Digital is now here. This format is completely new to students with a different focus on skills. Give your student the best chance for success by signing them up for tutoring. Check out our website gbo1.com to register for one on one instruction or our classes. The class for the March SAT administration begins on February 13th. It meets on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6p-9p. The $950 cost of the course includes 24 hours of instruction and guided practice.
