The BSAD 465 Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management class visited the Cheese and Wine Shop in Downtown Hastings where owner Michael Consbruck talked about his entrepreneurial adventures and how he started this shop in Hastings. Recently the BSAD 465 Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management class learned about business start-up directly from the owner at Small Town Famous in Downtown Hastings. Two students who answered trivia questions correctly were rewarded with soft serve ice cream. Roxann Holliday, Assistant Professor of Marketing and Business Administration, is teaching this class.
