We are a family taekwondo training school for all ages and skill levels. Classes include traditional forms, weapons forms, sparring, board breaks and self-defense. We teach life skills and character development with themes such as respect, courtesy, honesty and perseverance.

What a weekend! District Championships!

Our new Champs are:
Griffin Hilgers - Forms and Combat Sparring
Jon Kapitz - Forms and Sparring
Bill Tolbert - Sparring
Dorothy Morris - Combat Sparring and Sparring
MN Legends Team - (Mr. Tolbert and Mrs Morris) Combat Team and Sparring Team

We also congratulate Team Grit for their second place in Combat Sparring, Mick Hoffman third place Sparring, Jon Kapitz second place in weapons and Combat sparring, Griffin Hilgers second place in weapons and sparring.

I want to call out Seaver Zimmerman for his dedication and perseverance. He always brings a smile and sometimes things just don't go your way.

It is hard when you are going for the gold and don't get it but please take pride in what you have accomplished. Truly to compete is to win.

Master Morris and myself are so very proud of everyone.

At the Sioux City tournament we are so proud of all the competitors. Everyone brought everything they had to the mat. You don’t always win. We had teams that were down a person and fought hard. We are all Team Grit- gratitude, respect, integrity and teamwork!!!
