I want to talk about a recent campaign postcard created by the Minnesota Parents Alliance, a group supporting my school board candidacy. I'm thankful for their support, but I want to be clear that my campaign is all about unity and working together.

I strongly believe that taking a positive and inclusive approach is the way to create meaningful change in our community and schools. Unfortunately, the recent postcard used words that divided us and showed my opponents in a negative way. That's not what I stand for.

I'm sorry if this postcard made you uncomfortable. It was never my intention to use divisive tactics or say bad things about others. My promise to you, the voters, is to always encourage respectful and constructive conversations.

Looking ahead, I'm completely focused on our shared goals: giving our students a great education and bringing our community together. I'm committed to running a campaign that highlights the good things about our district and puts us on a path for education excellence.

I'm here to listen, learn, and work with everyone to make our schools the best they can be. Let's focus on what brings us together and aim for a better future for our children.
