LAST CALL for Transportation Request Forms! 🚌📣

📣 Saxons! The Transportation Department is in the process of finalizing bus routes! 🚌

This is a LAST CALL for needing your Transportation Request Form if you have not already turned one in if your student depends on bus transportation to or from school. Transportation Request Forms can be completed at hassk12.org, the Administration Office, or the Transportation Office.

Our goal is to establish good routes that account for all student riders to better serve you and your student. Having this accurate information has helped establish reduced ride times and accurate home pick-up and drop-off times. If you have not turned in a Transportation Request Form for the 2024-2025 school year, transportation will NOT be able to pick up or drop off your student. Students who submit a form will be added to routes, however this can take up to 10 business days. This requires retiming the route and communicating with student rider families for time change notifications. We appreciate your help and look forward to the start of the new school year! 💙💛

📣📣 An IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT for all Saxons that request transportation!

For the 2024-2025 school year, we need a new Transportation Request Form on file for every Saxon that requests any A.M. or P.M. transportation! If you have filled out a form in previous years, we ask that you please submit a new and current form. The final day to request or change transportation is July 15, 2024. Requests made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed for the first day of school and may take up to 10 days after school has started to be established.
