The PTA Reflections program provides access to the arts and opportunities for recognition to help students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas using art and to develop confidence and a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.

We are so excited to announce that our Fall Book Fair will be coming to the Schluter Library September 8–14! 📚

💳 No Cash? No Problem!
We will have an eWallet option available for families. Parents can add money to their child's eWallet before their shopping day, so there is no need to send cash with your child. This is an easy and convenient way for students to shop independently.

❤️ Share the Fair
Our Book Fair also offers Share the Fair, which gives families an opportunity to help make sure more students get to take a book home. You can donate money or choose to round up your purchase, and those donations help provide books for students who may not otherwise be able to purchase one.
Every little bit helps us put more books into the hands of our students! 📖❤️

We can't wait to see our students find books they are excited to read and enjoy. Thank you for supporting our library and helping us grow a love of reading at Schluter!

Join us for 3 big events on September 8th!

Curriculum Night begins at 5:00-5:30
Multicultural Night begins at 5:00 - 6:30
Book Fair is open from 5:00-6:30
This is an excellent opportunity for you to hear all about what your student will be learning this year, learn about the cultures of our families, and visit the Book Fair as a family. See you soon!

The Northwest ISD Wellness Center reopens September 1, for the 2026-2027 school year!

The center offers free counseling sessions for NISD students in grades 3-12. Staffed by NISD counselors, the center is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Gene Pike Middle School, 2288 Texan Drive.
