🏐 Tiger Volleyball is off to a STRONG start!🐯🔥

Our 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams opened the season against Barksdale Middle School, and our Tigers came out ready to compete!

Our Tigers showed great energy, teamwork, and determination throughout the sets.

We are incredibly proud of the way our Tigers represented CWMS and excited to see what this season brings!

🐯 AFTER-SCHOOL GAMES & EVENTS

Tigers, we want everyone to have a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience at our after-school games and events! Please review these important student expectations before attending.

🛡️ BE SAFE
• Stay in your seat or move with purpose when going to concessions or restrooms.
• Have access to a ride within 20 minutes in case of an emergency.
• Parents/guardians should attend or be available by phone.
• Always wear your student ID at school events.

🤝 BE RESPECTFUL
• Come to watch, support, and cheer for our Tigers!
• Sit in the designated student section or with your immediate family.
• Help create a positive and supportive environment for students, families, and staff.

✅ BE RESPONSIBLE
• Bring your student ID to every athletic, fine arts, and school event.
• Have a plan for transportation to and from the event.
• Parents/guardians should pick students up promptly when the event ends.
• Students who remain more than 30 minutes after an event may lose the privilege of attending future events.

Cash is no longer accepted at the door to any NISD games.

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time through Hometown Ticketing:

QR codes will also be available at the gate. However, students purchasing tickets at the gate will need to have a payment method available on their phone.

The easiest option is to download the Hometown Ticketing App and purchase your ticket ahead of time. You’ll receive a coded receipt to show at the gate for admission.

🐯🧡 ONE WEEK DOWN. THE STREAK IS ALIVE! 🖤🐯

What a week, Tigers! Our first full week has been filled with learning, teamwork, curiosity, and Tiger pride all across Worthington!

From grade level assemblies and collaborative challenges to hands-on science, engaging classroom learning, and students building connections—we've seen the Tigers doing great things!

And through it all, our Tigers are showing what it means to live our core values:

🛡️ SAFE — Walking to class, keeping our hands to ourselves.
🤝 RESPECTFUL — Using appropriate language, being kind to one another.
💪 RESPONSIBLE — Being on time to class, wearing their ID, turning in work.

We’re only one week in, but we’re already seeing the culture we want to build: students who are focused, fierce, loud and proud and a community that shows up for one another. 🐯🔥
