Teacher Appreciation Week was an intentional opportunity for us to pause and make sure the teachers knew just how much they mean to this school.

This year’s theme, “Because of You, West Jeff Feels Like Magic,” reflects what we see daily. What feels like magic to our students is their teachers’ consistency, their care and the way they create spaces where our scholars feel supported, challenged and seen.
