So excited to share this with you all! 🌿 Starting this Saturday, I’ll be teaching a monthly vinyasa flow at the magical SOWA Goat Sanctuary. ✨

We’ll move + breathe together at 10am—either outdoors in their beautiful gardens or inside their stunning renovated farmhouse studio. Afterwards, you can even opt for a guided tour and meet the goats (oh, did I mention there is a miniature cow in the mix?) 🐐💛

🌸 When: This Saturday, July 12 at 10am

Headstands remind me that true strength isn’t about control — it’s about trust 🌀

Trusting yourself enough to rise, fall, and rise again 🌱

To move through fear and find clarity on the other side 💪💛
