Three years ago, Ashley and I opened the doors to DrumFit with Lauren not having many expectations. Showing up to this class has helped us personally through some of the very best and worst days and that is because of each and everyone of you. It's the relationships we have built, the community we grew, and the contagious positive energy you get simply by stepping inside of this gym that we will miss dearly.

Effective Feb. 1, 2023 we will be closing the doors to DrumFit with Lauren. This decision did not come lightly and weighing heavily on our hearts for months. My family will forever be my #1 priority and we are so very thankful for all of your support over the last 3 years.

Please join us the rest of January every Tuesday at 6pm and Sunday at 7pm! We look forward to ending STRONG with the best crew around! heart

It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of my “health is wealth” post. And honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve felt healthy enough myself to offer that advise.

As we wrap up 2022, I want to end on a high note, because for me… this is the best I’ve felt in 2 years. Not because I am my littlest or my strongest, but because I feel GREAT!

At the beginning of this year, I seeked answers for my symptoms and 10 weeks ago I had a hysterectomy along with 3 other internal repairs. I share this because my only regret is not seeking answers sooner and not making my health a priority.

So as we roll into a new year, I want to challenge you to find your healthiest self. Is it changing your eating habits? Working out? Gaining mental clarity? Spiritual work? Seeking medical advice? Whatever it is, don’t wait. ❤️
