A few of our Junior Beta students were hard at work—and having fun—collecting and counting socks for our school’s Emergency Closet! 🧦💙

We are proud to provide essential items for any of our students who may be in need—no questions asked.

Our closet is stocked with several helpful supplies, and this time our focus was on gathering warm socks for the season. So grateful for students who love to serve and care for their community!

A few of our Junior & Senior Betas showed up and served our community with heart! Thank you to Antioch and Pastor Norfleet for leading the way and blessing our city. 500 plates served!

💛🐝 Beta Club Buzz!🐝💛

Today we held our first official Beta meeting with
all of our clubs — and what an incredible start! 🎉

Our President DJ did an amazing job leading the meeting, and our officers Dallas, Timiya, Mariah, and Deonte shared why Beta means so much to them. 💬✨

We welcomed many new Betas, learned all about Beta Convention, and explored which competitions best fit our students’ strengths. Plus, we’re gearing up for some exciting months of community service and leadership in action!

We’re proud of our Betas — off to a great start this year! 🖤💛

🎉 Look what came in the mail a few weeks ago! LSSA’s Elementary and Junior Beta Clubs have been honored with the 2024–2025 National Beta School of Distinction Award! 🏆

This award recognizes Beta clubs that strive for academic achievement, exemplary character, leadership, and service to others. It also celebrates schools that have grown their membership, inspiring more students to develop these qualities.

National Beta is proud to recognize 2,946 outstanding schools nationwide, and LSSA is part of the special 22% of clubs who increased membership by 10% from last year!

Way to go, Rams! 🐏
