🍂🧡 The Crestline Treat Trolley is rolling in with a little fall break pick-me-up! 🛒🍪

Our teachers deserve all the treats and a little extra love as we head into fall break! We loved getting to spread a little sweetness and help our amazing teachers finish these nine weeks on a happy note. 🐯❤️

We hope all of our Crestline families and staff enjoy a restful, fun-filled fall break! Take time to relax, recharge, and make some sweet memories. We’ll see everyone back at Crestline on Wednesday, October 14! 🍁✨

🔨🦺👷‍♀️Today, 3rd graders participated in “STRUCT” Day! 👷‍♀️🦺🔨
Students have spent the first 9 Weeks learning about the structures of words, sentences, paragraphs, and texts. Today, students put their learning into the test with 4 levels of conSTRUCTion themed ELA challenges! 📚Students constructed multisyllabic words from syllables and morphemes. They built sentences using all of the parts of speech learned so far. They deconstructed paragraphs and used transition words to reorganize their writing, and even identified text structures like sequencing, compare and contrast, cause and effect, and problem and solution.
Understanding the structure of the English language makes us better readers and writers!
We are so proud of all of their hard work so far this year! ❤️

Prek started clubs today! 🥳
The students had so much fun! They enjoyed legos, STEM, arts and crafts, play dough, dance, parachute, science, coloring, and games!

🐯⛺ Camp Crestline was a BIG hit! ⛺🐯

Our sweet Tiger Teams had the BEST time at Camp Crestline yesterday! ❤️ From fun activities to making memories with friends, our Tigers soaked up every minute of the adventure!

We sure do love seeing those smiles around Crestline! 🐯💙

In Pre-K, we’re learning all about transportation this week! Today, we explored ramps and learned how the angle of a ramp can affect how fast an object travels. We built two ramps and raced different objects to see which one would reach the finish line first. We even added paint to make our races extra fun! 🏎️🏁
