On Friday we had the opportunity to recognize some of our 4-Hers at the Annual Morgan County Farmers Federation meeting.
Recognized were those who placed in the top 4 at State 4-H competitions throughout the year.
State winners:
🍀1st Place Poultry Judging- Kate Glasscock, Mckenzie Speakman, Grayson Scronce, and Parker Warren
🍀4th Place Livestock- Braxton Burr, Kate Glasscock, Grady Darnell, Alli Harvell
🍀1st Place Archery- Compound Bow without Sights, Team- Hadley Dudley, Conrad Jones, Victoria Kirkland, and Taylor Kirkland
🍀1st Place- Horse Passive Education- Team Presentation- June Dobbs and Reese Bennett
🍀1st Place- Have I Got A Story - Nola Lee
🍀2nd Place- Interior Design - DixieAnne Ward
🍀2nd Place- Speak Up Alabama, Persuasive speech- Linley Higginbotham
🍀2nd Place- Freestyle Showcase, Creative Arts- Trenidy Virgili
We also recognized the Outstanding 4-Her of the Year, Kate Glasscock!
Achievements this year:
🍀placing 1st at state in Poultry Judging and receiving a scholarship to Auburn University
🍀Competing nationally in Poultry Judging on behalf of Auburn University and Morgan County 4-H
🍀Placing 4th at state in Livestock Judging
