✨ Big News for Hartley Community Daycare! ✨

We’re excited to share that Hartley Community Daycare has been awarded $300,000 over three years through Iowa’s Continuum of Care Grant.

This funding, in partnership with the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn School District, will allow us to better support children and families by strengthening our preschool and childcare connection.

This will lead to reduced childcare costs for families with 4-year-olds enrolled in preschool, and will also have a positive impact on our school-age programming and families.

We’re grateful for this opportunity and excited for what’s ahead for our community! ❤️

The Hartley Community Daycare Center recently landed good news from the governor's office. The local facility was one of 19 in Iowa to receive grant funds through the Continuum of Care program. The daycare will receive $300,000 over three years, which will be used to offset childcare staffing costs....

Knights of Columbus held an omelet breakfast January 18th with all proceeds going to benefit the Hartley Daycare. They were able to raise $5,000! We’re so thankful for them and for this opportunity to do something together and thankful to the community member who came out and supported! All funds will be used to continue offset costs of the new facility.

🔹 Full-Time Teachers (2 positions)

Ideal candidate has childcare experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and comfort using technology (iPad, email, etc.).

We’re looking for go-getters who can problem-solve, think on their feet, and create engaging classrooms. If you’re punctual, responsible, and ready to take ownership of your room—this is for you!

🔹 PRN/Part-Time Staff (1 position)

Flexible role, perfect for after school or someone wanting 10–15 hours/week.

Work with all ages 1–2 times per week.

💡 We want teammates who show up, step up, and take pride in what they do. In return, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values your ideas and leadership.
