💫 Meet the Teacher 💫

Welcome, Chrissy! Our newest piano teacher at WCCM!

Chrissy Deal is a classically trained pianist with a special interest in helping students learn play their favorite pop songs. Current favorites among her students are Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and
Queen!

Lessons in Chrissy’s studio often involve a mix of movement activities, singing, writing, and improvising. She works with students to build musical skills from the inside out, drawing from the research and work of The Well-Balanced Pianist, the Taubman Approach, Edwin E.
Gordon’s Music Learning Theory, and other fantastic resources she has
collected during her 20+ years of teaching.

Chrissy’s goal is to give students a solid foundation of musicianship
and healthy technique in a positive, nurturing environment.

When she’s not teaching, Chrissy enjoys playing duets with fellow WCCM
piano teacher, Jennifer Kottke of Piano with Ms. Jennifer LLC and learning her own favorite pop tunes.

💫Meet the Teacher 💫

Chloe Peiffer has been a vocal teacher at WCCM since 2024 and we are so happy she is here!

Chloe specializes in many different vocal genres, including classical (including foreign languages), musical theatre, and contemporary. She has previously worked as a Middle and High School Choral director, as well as being a part of many Musical Theatre productions and Worship Teams in the Midwest.

Her focus is to provide flexible instruction to meet the needs of students, whether that be to prepare for auditions or roles, improve sight-reading skills, or simply grow in confidence and technique as a singer! All ages and levels are welcome.
