Chris Adsit for Hartland Lakeside School Board

Chris Adsit for Hartland Lakeside School Board Christian, conservative father striving to continue serving our community as a school board member. Norbert College in 1998. I will do this with 100% commitment.

My goal is to do what's best for kids while balancing the needs of our taxpayers. Opinions shared are mine alone & do not represent those of any board. I am a Christian, husband, and father of twins driven to serve with every opportunity life presents. I earned a bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, a minor in Philosophy, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. With a passion for fitness, I bega

n mopping floors and cleaning toilets in a health club after graduation and learned how to live with humility and an appreciation for serving. I continued my education getting certified as a personal trainer and licensed Zumba instructor. As a proud father of twins in 2019, my wife Michaela and I enjoy new, wonderful experiences with these two nuggets daily. Professionally, I am the Senior Global Product Manager in charge of the strength division for a billion-dollar exercise equipment manufacturer. I work cross-functionally with other departments and personalities to establish growth goals, increase profits, and ultimate customer satisfaction. I also teach Zumba at the WAC Lake Country (come join me!). Prior to my 16-year history with Matrix, I was in a commission-only sales environment. While it taught me how to "get things done" on my own, we can do SO MUCH MORE TOGETHER. I have executive-level involvement in two previous boards. I was Vice President of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Kenosha, WI and was the youngest executive officer in history at St. Norbert College Parish in DePere, WI. Over the past 3 years, I have regularly attended nearly all Hartland Lakeside board meetings and monthly Policy Committee meetings. I'm thankful for all my successes, experiences, and leadership opportunities as they have contributed to the man I am today. With Christ and family at my center, my goal is to serve as many people as possible. As a Hartland Lakeside School District (HLSD) board member, it would be a privilege to serve and give back to our community...putting our children first. With a focus on core curriculum (mastering the basics), educational transparency and fiscal responsibility, we can continue improving performance, teacher retention, and increase the school district's reputation and financial strength. While conceptually simple, it requires bringing parents, students, and administration together to share in a vision of a better tomorrow. Colossians 3:23

Funny how the more you learn, the more you realize you still have to learn!

I spent today at the Global Leadership Summit listening to leaders with different experiences and perspectives. I didn't agree with everything I heard, but I walked away with a few great ideas worth putting into practice.

That's why I enjoy days like today. Every good idea you pick up has the potential to make the next decision a little better.

The best leaders aren't the ones who know the most. They're the ones who never stop learning.

Fresh asphalt at Hartland North Elementary!

This wasn't a new expense. It was planned, budgeted maintenance that keeps our facilities in good shape without dipping into capital reserves.

Sometimes the best projects are the ones that simply take care of what we already have...

Arrowhead Board Meeting Recap – June 10, 2026

Tonight's biggest topics included facility planning, a future community survey, strategic planning, and a special education funding discussion that surprised me.

I thought some special education costs were reimbursed at 90%. The reality was much different.
