I’ve worn many uniforms and this is one of my favorites. When I put on my chef coats, I feel whole, it is a completeness that cannot be explained. Maybe it’s because I know the outcome of the task at hand is a nourished full belly and a soothed soul.

I believe the real reason she loves me is my joy for throwing down in kitchen. Never anything the same and usually a personal recipe created from random ingredients. Swordfish with a fruit medley topping next to a Caesar Salad!

I need all of my brothers, all of the men, all of kings that care about our youth in the Hartford area to show up and salute these youth. All of my brothers in other communities out side of Hartford, I need you to begin this movement in your schools.
